Celeb Poker Moves to iPoker Network on 12 August

Celeb Poker announced that on August 12 it will move its operations from Boss Media's IPN to iPoker network. The move to the third largest online poker network will boost monthly guaranteed online poker tournaments to well over $20 million.
The decision to move comes after the UK-based company conducted a detailed review of its existing online operations, before concluding that customers would benefit greatly from the cutting edge technology offered by Playtech.
In their press release, Celeb Poker noted that their move "is also the first signal of intent as Celeb Poker looks to challenge industry front runners Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker, on their mission to make online poker bigger, better and more accessible for all players."
Online poker tracking site PokerScout places Playtech's iPoker network third, behind US-facing Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker poker networks. Boss Media's IPN currently ranks in ninth place.
David Donovan, Founder of Celeb Poker said, "After many successful years with Boss Media, we felt that the game had moved on and we needed to offer our players more. The iPoker network is held in very high regard by our valued customers. So we listened to them.

Players will be able to compete against 35,000 other cash players on the tables and becoming part of Celeb Poker's VIP Club.
