Crazy Poker in conjunction with Microgaming will be launching their first ever tournament series over the Easter weekend, from 2 to 5 April 2010. This event has been much anticipated due to the size and success of both Crazy Poker and the Microgaming network. This move sees the Microgaming Network and its operators, such as Crazy Poker, stepping up and providing all players a platform from which to display their skills in a 5 day bumper tournament series which is already being touted as an event not to miss.

Furthermore, the Easter Mini Festival will also offer a specialized Easter Charity Tournament, which requires a buy-in of EUR2.50 + EUR2.50. Players will vote at the beginning of the tournament for which charity organization out of a selection of four will receive a donation of EUR1,000.00 from the prize pool. The prize money will be allocated to the charity that receives the most votes at the beginning of the tournament.

According to brand manager and corporate spokesperson Trevor Penn, "this is a very exciting time for us at Crazy Poker! With the introduction of our first-ever poker tournament series, we seek to firmly stake our claim as a formative entity in the industry and prove our place as a serious contender among the competitors in our field. The last six months have seen an upward trend in the Microgaming Network's increase in player promotions, special features and state of the art software functionalities. This is simply the next logical step in our ascension - by providing a formidable platform for seasoned players to display their proficiency we are establishing ourselves as a recognizable avenue for serious gaming. This is certainly cause for celebration and we are expecting a large turn-out for the tournament".
