CryptoLogic Software Declares Quarterly Dividend

CryptoLogic, a leading software developer to the online casino market, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the company's quarterly dividend of US$0.12 per common share.

The dividend will be paid on September 15, 2008 to shareholders of record of CryptoLogic Limited and CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation as at September 8, 2008. The ex-dividend date will be September 4, 2008.

For Shareholders of CryptoLogic Limited, the dividend payment is subject to a 20% Irish withholding tax.
