New Poker Software Update for Carbon Poker

The Carbon Poker and the Merge Gaming Network have release an updated version of their software and poker client. The new version 4.5 was released today and adds some exciting new things to the poker room. New VIP program details released also.

The players at Carbon Poker can now select from several different graphics including table rails, backgrounds, floors, and card backs, to customize the look of their poker game. The new 'Poker Game Mini Mode' wil allow players to run their poker games at a minimal interface that is still legible. This feature was added to help those players who play at multiple tables simultaneously, allowing better visibility for all tables. Another feature of the new software is the 'poker game grid mode' which has been overhauled to allow players to specify grid combinations with up to 5x5 games, letting players split poker games into separate window or back into a grid window.

One of the best new feature for this poker software release is the update on tournament entries and payouts. The touranment entries, addons, rebuys, bouties and payout schedules where redone to include greater flexibility of options. Players now have the choice between multiple payment options for tournament entries.

The Head's up Sit-n-Go games now offer the abililty to have a rematch immediately following the end of the game.

The loyalty reward system here also got a bit of a makeover. the VIP program has a new points system. The new system lets players use their VIP points to enter guaranteed tournaments, real money SnGs, live seat satellites, exclusive VIP level freerolls or they can exchange those points for cash or to clear a deposit bonus.

A new freeroll schedule has also been added to Carbon Poker. A brand new $50,000 weekly guaranteed tournament along with several other new freeroll and guaranteed games will take the place of the old games.
