Online Poker Room Starts Irish Qualifiers August 13th

Online qualifiers for the Irish Open poker tourney are about to get underway, with seats to be won for the 2008 event at Paddy Power Poker, starting Aug 13th.

The buy ins for the Irish Poker Open have been increased to Euro 4,200, which makes winning a seat from online poker room Paddy Power Poker an even sweeter deal than normal. A Euro 3 million guaranteed prize pool is on the line, and the seating capacity has been expanded for next year to handle a thousand players.
